I know these 5 blogs have been the best for my self-improvement journey.

Ready? Let’s dive in!

Misty Sansom

Misty is one of the first bloggers I followed while I have been on my self-improvement journey. Misty’s blog is about finding your purpose in life.

She has several courses to help you find your life purpose. Misty is a great teacher. She also puts self-improvement in a way that will have you excited to find out the next thing about yourself.

There is one mini-course called 8 Days to Your True Self that I have taken several times. In this course, I learned how to look internally for what I need such as validation.

That we don’t need people to validate us for it to be true. She also teaches about self-esteem and how important self-esteem is for our lives.

I learned my values, themes, and my purpose in life. I recommend this course to anyone starting out on their journey or if you have been on this journey for a while and want to find out your purpose.

Resilient ( Live a Happier Life )

This is the second blog I followed while I have been on my self-improvement journey. Resilient is all about changing your life for the better.

There are multiple subjects that Katie blogs about for self-improvement. I felt completely lost on how to start my journey.

When I landed on Katie’s page I knew instantly that I had found what I was looking for.

The blog covers growth, happiness, calm, simplify your life, inspirational quotes, and so much more. I would suggest Resilient to anyone that is wanting to better their life.

Katie write posts in a way that speaks right to you. She will have you excited about changing your life around for the better.

I know when I first started I was very much on the fence if wanting to change. After reading her blog I knew that change is exactly what I wanted.

Dating Divas

This blog is all about dating your spouse. I included this blog because with my self-improvement journey my relationship was included in that journey for me.

I needed to improve myself to become a better partner. Dating divas have articles and posts about becoming a better partner.

They helped me to realize that I needed to date my partner again. In being able to date again I need to set some time aside for my partner in my self-improvement plan.

I have grown so close to my partner in learning how to date again. This has helped my relationship out extremely.

One Extraordinary Marriage

One Extraordinary Marriage

This blog is also a great relationship blog. Tony and Alisa are very open about their marriage and any problems they have had in the past. You will feel connected with them.

I absolutely love this blog because of how open they are about their marriage. I have several times been able to relate to exactly what they are talking about.

They have courses and e-books on their blog that I recommend to people all the time. My personal favorite was the 6 Pillars of Intimacy.

In taking this course I learned what the 6 Pillars of Intimacy were and how I could improve in those areas for my relationship.

You can go check out their website at the link below. Also, the 6 Pillars of Intimacy has a free mini download e-book you can sign up for. Go check this blog out.

Doctor For Love

Doctor For Love is a great blog on relationships and self-help. Rachel writes in-depth and easy-to-read posts on both of these subjects. I enjoy reading what Rachel has to say about relationships and self-help.

Rachel also has a Monday Motivation email sign-up. My favorite time Monday morning is when I open the Monday Motivation email.

Not only is there a personal story about Rachel she also relates the problem to a solution. So I am not stuck wondering what to do to fix the problem.

All of the emails are different subjects of self-help. Go sign up for Monday Motivation. You won’t regret it.
